Dr. Markus Häußer has been appointed Certified Specialist in Transport and Forwarding Law. Consequently, there are now 17 Certified Specialists active in our offices, holding a total of 20 Specialists’ Certificates.

 

 

 

 

 

Transport and Forwarding Law – Hamburg office

 

Last year on the symposium of the German Association for Transport Law (11/12 November 2010 in Berlin) Dr. Klaus Oepen gave a speech on the general topic – latest questions in Transport Law titled: “The lien in case of the shipper’s insolvency”.

 

An essay of this speech has been published in the magazine “Transport Law” no. 3/2011 titled: “The carrier’s lien in case of the despatcher’s insolvency.”
